Submit a deletion request
Email support@tokkii.com from the address used for your Tokkii account, with the subject Tokkii data deletion request.
Request data deletionThis email action opens your mail app. A request is sent only when you send the email.
Tell us whether you want to delete your whole account, information from a specific connected platform, or particular content. Include your creator/brand name and any relevant video or post identifiers. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
Verification and what happens next
We monitor the contact inbox and verify account ownership before acting on requests. We aim to respond to and complete verified requests within 30 days of receipt, subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions. If additional time or limited retention is necessary, we explain the reason and next steps. Any shorter deadline required by law takes priority.
We may request information reasonably needed to verify that you own the account or are authorized to make the request. If you can no longer access your account email, explain that in your request so we can consider another verification method.
We will explain the action taken and any information that must be retained, including the reason, as required by applicable law. This page provides a manual request process; it does not immediately delete an account when opened or clicked.
Scope of account deletion
A verified account-deletion request covers the Tokkii account and associated personal information we control, including profile information, uploads, saved connected-account credentials, and relevant records. We assess shared partnership records, messages, submissions, and revision history for removal or anonymization while taking account of other participants' rights and applicable obligations.
Limited information may need to remain for legal requirements, disputes, fraud prevention, security, or transaction records. Backup copies may persist until replaced under the applicable backup lifecycle. We will not promise that every copy disappears immediately.
Disconnecting Instagram, TikTok, or Meta
You can disconnect creator social accounts in Tokkii Settings; brands can disconnect Meta from Integrations. Disconnecting removes the saved connection from Tokkii and prevents new actions through that connection. A post already handed to a platform may still finish.
You can also remove Tokkii's permissions through the connected platform's account settings. Disconnecting or revoking permission is separate from deleting stored history: contact us if you want associated Tokkii data removed as well.
Published posts and partner copies
Deleting data from Tokkii does not delete videos already published to Instagram or TikTok, assets copied to a brand's Meta ad account, or copies independently retained by a partner. Manage published posts on the relevant platform and contact the partner about copies it controls. Those services and parties handle their own deletion requests and obligations.
Temporary Crosspost uploads
Crosspost source files are normally cleaned up after both posts succeed, or after their temporary retention window when abandoned or unsuccessful. Active or unresolved transfers may need additional time. Publishing metadata can remain after the source file is removed. Creator-to-brand submissions and revisions use a different retention process. See the Privacy Policy for details.
